We should try to cook this in the rice cooker. Hmm..
- 1 pack of Yellow Rice
- 1 can Gandules (Goya)
- 1 packet Sazon
- 2 Tbsp Olive oil
- 1 Tbsp Red Sofrito (Goya)
- Recao (also known as Culantro or Puerto Rican Coriander)
1. Mix recao and red sofrito with olive oil.
2. Add rice, water (according to package directions) and gandules (don’t drain), and sofrito.
3. Cook until rice is done.
